Corvera Key Holding Service
Having a set of keys available locally is essential and required by the local authorities in Spain to facilitate emergency access.
What would you do if somebody calls you, perhaps the developer or a neighbour to inform you that there is a problem with your property, perhaps a water leak or signs of a break in.
For only €130 per annum Corvera Services will hold 2 sets of keys for your property, in a secure facility, with the owner’s consent we will make keys available to visiting guests, tradesmen or any emergency service, for example if you or a guest lose your keys, saving you the cost of a locksmith.
The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and keys are held locally by our onsite representative who will meet your tradesman or guests.
Attendance at a property will be subject to a meet and greet and time waiting charges.
This service should not be confused with our Complete Care Service which includes key holding, regular inspections and marketing your property for rental income.
