Corvera Services provides a complete personal property care package that will take the stress and worry out of owning a holiday home in Spain and is based on our own experience of owning and managing properties, and is delivered by our own staff, based on the resort, and available 24 x 7.
The Complete Care Solution includes everything you needed by owners who just use the property for friends and family or investors looking for rental income.
As with all of the services our starting point is help and advice so Corvera Services will first carry out checks including a complete inventory report, safety and security checks, and a suitability report to establish if your property is presented in the best way to maximise rental income.
No company can guarantee but Corvera Services can help by providing our customers with the rental advice guide. The guide explains how to market your property, the differences marketing for holiday or long term rental customers, and gives information on the best websites and techniques to improve your chances of getting rental bookings.
Corvera Services customers also get free website advertising on a range of websites including Kyero, Eye On Spain, Corvera Holidays, Corvera Property Rentals and group promotions on Owners Direct, Murcia Golf Properties and Trip Advisor and dress and initially dress and photograph the property.
Corvera Services also provide onsite marketing for rental properties.
The Service Includes.
- Bi monthly property Inspections, time and dates for inspections vary each month to avoid any patterns and all results are recorded in an onsite customer logging system
- Security checks of doors windows and shutters
- Open shutters and air all rooms
- Test boiler,AC and appliances, top up boiler if required or arrange service engineer to call
- Test plumbing, flush toilets
- Check and replace any light defective bulbs
- Check for animal infestations, ants wasps nest etc
- Defects found automatically photographed and notified to resort staff
- Additional severe weather check, within 48 hours of event
- Collection of post, forwarded to owner at additional charge, via post or e-mail
- Access to all other services offered by Corvera Services including cleaning, meet & greet, general maintenance and pool cleaning
- Monitoring and management of any repairs, at an extra agreed charge
- Marketing on websites
- Photograph and dress rental properties for website promotion
